施毅

微电子与光电子学系 博导,国家示范性微银河galaxy娱乐游戏中心经理

个人简历

1989年毕业于南京大学,获博士学位。现为银河galaxy娱乐游戏中心微电子与光电子学系教授、博士生导师,教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、全国宝钢教育基金优秀教师特等奖获得者。现任示范性微银河galaxy娱乐游戏中心经理, 电工电子实验教学中心主任。
近年主要从事纳米电子、光电子材料、物理与器件等科研工作。主持和承担了二十多项国家自然科学基金、“973”和“863”等研究课题,包括主持国家重大科学研究计划“纳米研究”项目。发表和合作发表SCI学术论文300余篇,申请/获得国家发明专利40项。有关研究成果曾荣获国家自然科学二等奖和国家技术发明三等奖各1项,省部级科技进步一等奖1项。

1. 微纳电子、光电子材料与器件;2. 纳米结构材料及应用;3.量子信息技术。
