These results are a testament to generosity and compassion of the Cape Fear community who has help us ensure that will be there when we are needed the most by donating to the Red Cross.
The Cape Fear Chapter of the American Red Cross extends its gratitude to the hundreds of local residents that participated in our Holiday Donor Challenge. You helped us to meet and greatly exceed our goal of $20,000 which was matched by two generous donors.
The total raised during our 2011 Holiday Giving Campaign was $100,644.83!! This means Cape Fear residents donated $60,644.83 and while our matching donors each contributed $20,000 to the Red Cross. Your generous contributions enable us to continue our tradition of neighbor helping neighbor.
